Frederic is Vice Executive Director of the International Society for Telemedicine & eHealth (ISfTeH), the international network of telemedicine/eHealth stakeholders, enhancing collaboration, partnership, and exchange of experience and good practice. The ISfTeH is a non-profit organization, registered in Basel, Switzerland and recognized as NGO in official relations with WHO (World Health Organization). In addition to running the daily operations and development of the ISfTeH, Frederic was also responsible for the organization of the ISfTeH’s Med-e-Tel conference in Luxembourg between 2002 and 2017, and he oversees the organization of the annual ISfTeH International Conferences (held annually in collaboration with an ISfTeH member).

He has a background in economics, management and marketing (MSc in Applied Economics from KU Leuven, Belgium).
